Placing an Order
While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order and orders are unable to be canceled once they have been placed. In the event you need to edit the shipping address on your order, please contact hello@shopsaintm.com
at your earliest convenience. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, online store credit and gift cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees will be charged on all orders when applicable. If a Saint M gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order.
We also offer checkout with Klarna on orders of $200 to $2400. Your total purchase will be split into 4 payment installments using a credit or debit card of your choice. Orders under $200 do not qualify to use Klarna at this time. For more information on this service, please contact us or visit Klarna directly via their website here. Please note, you cannot use a partial gift card if you are using Klarna.
